Ravi received his B.Sc. and M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Houston, Clear-Lake. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from OU in December, 1999.  He is currently working for UNISYS.

Ravi's research interest are transaction management in mobile and heterogeneous databases, and distribute object technologies.
