- The second meeting should be a working session in which the team decides
on a strategy for completing the project. This should include discussions
of technical problems that team members foresee and brainstorming about
approaches. It should also assign specific technical problems to individuals.
At the third team meeting, those individuals will present solutions for
review by the team, and the team will make final plans for completing the
project.
